Greetings, You will be happy to know that  Shomoy   has successfully completed its 1^st AGM which has been held on 31^st may 2013 at Grant prince convention center, Mirpur-1, Dhaka. The participants of member of the AGM were significant. That’s inspired us much. We have received lot of comments and advice for Shomoy   future journey and plan. Autonomously Shomoy   has taken some important decisions that are as below.

1. To complete the current project (Land project for accommodation)
2. Purchase new land to increase the current project.
3. Late fee will not impose till 30Jun 2013. But after 30 Jun fine will be imposed on the outstanding payment as per month 10 TK (Per month delay)
4. To join of new members 12.5% extra amount will be imposed on total deposit.
5. Now business proposal will not be applicable till to next AGM.

Honorable executive body (Mr. President, Mr. secretary) and last fiscal year accounts audit has been attached for your kind information.
